"SOMETHING GREATER HAPPENING HERE"

High energy Patient Advocate who loves holistic health, loves people, and has a passion for changing lives while having fun doing it!

We are growing again, and looking to expand our team. We need a front desk "Rockstar" who has a passion for changing lives, revolutionizing healthcare, and making people laugh.

We’re about empowering people, inspiring them to stay committed to their health and wellness goals through community. On a broader perspective we’re about changing lives, not just those of our patients but yours too!

The right person is someone who is humble, hard-working, great with people, and wants to be a part of a strong team, will be fiercely organized, have specific and defined metrics to meet that will be reviewed weekly, monthly and quarterly.

You will always have support but the right person is someone that can shift from task to task quickly, prioritize well, always meet deadlines and basically thrive in a little chaos.

The right person will also be very comfortable with technology as you will be using a great deal of software.

Though your primary function will be in leading the patients' experience around appointment interaction, and delivery, you will also need to manage client documentation, some account management and ongoing client service.

We are looking for someone who can be a great problem solver and coachable who is also willing to take initiative. Your opinions are very valuable and will be requested in how to improve processes, but other times you will need to be willing to accept that it needs to be done in a specific way.

What does this position look like in the short-term? There will be a period of learning our communication/training methods and measuring your success. You will have specific targets to meet. Compensation will be based on an hourly wage.

What does this position look like long-term? Long term the sky’s the limit. Travel to career building events, the potential for growth of the position in this location or one of our future locations. If you excel we’re committed to develop your career, entirely dependent on meeting and exceeding targets.

If this is YOU or someone you know, please apply for the Patient Advocate position.

    Thank You
